Home, hotel and travel gyms

Save each place you train as its own gym. The plan follows whichever one is active, so a hotel room with one resistance band still gets a real session.

PromptTrain is coming soon to the App Store and is not available to download yet. Plans and limits may change before launch.

The My Gyms screen listing a home gym and its equipment

At a glance

  • One gym on Free, up to 6 on Plus
  • Home and Travel gym types
  • Equipment from a list or from photos
  • Optional, clearly disclosed Amazon UK links

What it does

Each gym keeps its own equipment list. Switch between them any time from My Gyms and the next session is built for the one you picked.

Free accounts get one gym. Plus accounts get up to 6, so home, a commercial gym and a few travel setups can sit side by side.

Home or travel

Mark each gym as Home or Travel. Travel gyms only get pack-light suggestions, such as resistance bands, a portable cable trainer or a jump rope. They never get heavy or permanent gear like a barbell rack or a bench.

Adding your kit

Pick equipment from a list, or use equipment photo scans to let the app work out what is in a photo. Free accounts get 6 scans a month and Plus gets 100.

Gym Upgrades

Gym Upgrades shows which piece of equipment would add the most new exercises for your gym, with optional links to buy it on Amazon UK. Nothing is bought inside the app. We may earn a commission if you buy through those links, at no extra cost to you. See the affiliate disclosure.
